Ironwood and IAFD Agreement

Memorandum of Understanding Between Ironwood Institute and International Agriculture for Development Pty Ltd (IAFD)
IAFD is an Australian based agricultural consulting, training and development company that is engaged in providing a range of professional services and consultancies both in Australia and internationally.
IAFD works with a wide range of customers in both the government and private sector and is focused on achieving practical outcomes that contribute to food and water security globally.

Ironwood and IAFD desire and intend to develop co-operation and collaboration in research, training, education and other agreed activities that further their aims and objectives of their respective organisations:

1. To explore opportunities for the delivery of specific projects (relating to training and education services, Master class training, study tours, on-farm research and development) across a range of subject matters and disciplines including;

1. irrigation and water management;
2. horticulture;
3. crop agronomy and farming systems development;
4. livestock production;
5. agribusiness and farm management;
6. agricultural extension and rural development;
7. natural resource and environmental management;
8. business management;
9. leadership and communication;
10. change management;
11. and other areas as identified;
