How to Apply

Choose the course you would like to study from the Course Information section.

Ensure that you meet the entry requirements of the course you have chosen.

Evidence of Academic and English language requirements must be attached to your application.

You can apply online or download the application form from our website. You can also obtain a hard copy application form from our office.

Evidence of Academic and English language requirements must be attached to your application. The documents must be in English or certified English translated copy if in any other language.

Completed Application along with Certified Copies of the essential documents can be mailed, emailed, faxed, or hand-delivered to:

Application assessment can take up to 10 days. Successful applicants will be notified by email.

If your application for enrolment is successful, you will receive a Conditional Letter of Offer and Offer Acceptance and Student Agreement form stating the full details of the course, tuition, and other fees to be paid, course commencement dates, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), Refund Policy and your rights and obligations.

All offers are issued on the availability of places at Ironwood and the assessment of your Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE).

Applicants can only be guaranteed an enrolment on the acceptance and full payment of the initial deposit with a minimum of 60 days prior to the course commencement date.

Once you have read and agreed to meet all the conditions of the letter of offer, submit your signed acceptance and student agreement and pay the initial deposit of tuition fee directly to Ironwood Institute. 

Ironwood will issue you an official Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) that is required to be submitted to the Department of Home Affairs for your student visa application.

Please refer to the Department of Home Affairs website for other requirements to obtain your student visa. You are not able to enter Australia and commence your studies without a student visa. If your student visa is refused, you may choose to re-apply with the consent of Ironwood or apply for a refund under the refund policy.

For all visa applications in Australia, you must refer directly to the Department of Home Affairs.

Once you have received your student visa, you can prepare for your arrival in Adelaide Australia. You will need to book your flights and accommodation. If you need assistance with Airport pickup or Accommodation arrangements, please contact either your Education Agent or Student Support Services at Ironwood Institute admissions@ironwood.edu.au (costs may apply).

Ironwood will send you information regarding your Orientation at Ironwood. It is important that you attend orientation for important information regarding your studies and general student life in Adelaide.
