Introducing the OSO

The Overseas Students Ombudsman (OSO) is proud to share a new video designed to help students understand how to resolve problems with their private education provider and what they need to know if they want to take a matter further.

The video, which was officially launched at the national conference of the Council of International Students Australia (CISA) on 8 July 2016, is available in six languages commonly spoken by international students in Australia:
